Prior to founding Wesley

James, John served clients across industries and around the world for over a decade, and more recently led the US Healthcare practice for a top 10 global search firm. Earlier in his career, John worked at EY, consulting healthcare organizations and various industries.  He also spent eight years serving in the United States Army, where his service included commanding at the company level, serving two tours of duty in combat, and receipt of the Bronze Star Medal.

John earned his undergraduate degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his masters in business administration from the University of Georgia.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Charitable Care Network.

Mondria is an accomplished Executive Recruiter that has a proven track record of identifying and securing top-tier talent for leadership roles at leading hospitals, health systems and health-related organizations throughout the United States.  Her approach is characterized by her strategic thinking, personalized service, and commitment to excellence.  Prior to Wesley James, Mondria spent 10 years at Witt Kieffer and over 15 years in pharmaceutical sales, general management and banking industry roles.

 

Mondria holds a B.A. in pre-medicine/psychology from Northwestern University.  She is an active member of National Association of Health Executives (NAHSE).

Robin is an executive and leadership development coach with over two decades of experience in global leadership development, and a specialization in coaching senior leaders and C-suite executives.  An acclaimed coach dedicated to enhancing leadership capabilities and performance for individuals and organizations driving sustainable, high-level results, her notable clients include Delta Airlines, Emory Healthcare, Global Payments, Bitly, NCR Voyix, Georgia Tech, Southern Company, and CARE. She holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is certified in various assessments.

Robin holds a master’s degree in international business from Georgia State University and a master’s degree in higher education administration from Florida State University.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism/public relations from the University of Georgia.
